Lookout Lodge is equipped with two kitchens and living rooms, double sided log fireplace, 10 TVs, Wifi and DirectTV cable, board games, puzzles, book library, and three outdoor tables; five bedrooms (2 kings, 2 queens, 5th room as two singles). There are 4 1/2 baths in the house, Pack-n-play, high chair and baby gates available upon request. New in 2022 - 7-seat hot tub (onsite), hillside stairs (120 feet of elevation while on the stairs) to walk down to the lake (5 minute walk from bottom of stairs, and 24x28 foot outdoor patio with wood burning firepit.

The base rate is $400-500 per night (depending on the season) with a three night minimum for a direct booking with us. Kentucky and Russell County lodging and sales taxes will be added to the basic rate. Stays of six or more nights have a 10% discount. The cleaning fee is $275 and there is a $500 refundable security deposit.
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of amounts paid. Cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, will get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

We live in Indiana and have family and friends spread over the mid-western and southern states. What we needed was a place to bring everyone together in a beautiful, comfortable place with lots of activities. Some of us like it quiet while others are ready for a six mile hike or 40 mile bike ride. Lookout Lodge has the right combination of nature, comfort and activities.
