Look-Out Lodge is equipped with two kitchens and living rooms, double sided log fireplace, 10 TVs, Wifi and DirectTV cable, board games, puzzles, book library, and three outdoor tables. Pack-n-play, high chair and baby gates available upon request. New in 2020 - three sofa/sleepers and mini-office (desk, dual monitors, keyboard and mouse).

The base rate is $475 per night with a three night minimum for a direct booking with us. Kentucky and county lodging and sales taxes will be added to the basic rate. Stays of six or more nights have a 10% discount. Monthly rentals have a 30% discount. The cleaning fee is $275 and there is a $500 refundable security deposit.
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of amounts paid. Cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, will get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

We live in Indiana and have family and friends spread over the mid-western and southern states. What we needed was a place to bring everyone together in a beautiful, comfortable place with lots of activities. Some of us like it quiet while others are ready for a six mile hike or 40 mile bike ride. Look-Out Lodge has the right combination of nature, comfort and activities. We were lucky to purchase it in 2020 from Andy and Monica Wells who were the original owners of the property.
